Challenge # 187 - Fur and Feathers

Holy moly, November already!?  Almost time for Turkey and stuffing, shopping, then of course "The Most Wonderful Time of The Year" (that's debatable sometimes, LOL).  For our first challenge of the new month, we are super excited to welcome back a fabulously fun sponsor to the Corrosive Challenge Blog!

http://www.zibbet.com/Rick1949

Rick St Dennis has been an artist, designer, stage designer and instructor for over 40 years-His Master of Fine Arts degree is from the Royal academy in London on fellowship with an American University.

A friend suggested the idea of Rick doing digital stamps to donate to OPERATION WRITE HOME which he did-they were so popular that he decided to post some of his more iconic designs on ETSY just on a lark-which he did in 2009.

Rick has just opened a new shoppe here:  http://www.zibbet.com/Rick1949 where there are SO MANY amazing images to choose from!

The idea of digital stamps which at first seemed sort of silly and frivolous has become a product which Rick really believes in-the images are widely diverse, relatively inexpensive, easy to store and certainly more conducive to manipulation than hard stamps, HOWEVER-digis won't replace rubber-there are things a talented stamper can do with rubber stamps that can't be done with a digital image.

Many of Rick's images have amazingly detailed and intricate clothing and accessories, featuring fur and feathers, so that is our challenge - your creation must have fur or feathers (or both!), either actual or just in the image.

Some fabulously fine inspiration from the DT:

Show us your finest feathered, furry, fuzzy creations for the chance to win a fabulous prize from our sponsor!
